Common notarizations include, but are not limited to:

Standard Notary Fees
Notarial act: $10 per signatureThis fee applies regardless of document type and is charged per notarized signature, as allowed by Washington law.
Travel & Convenience Fees
Because services are provided at a location convenient to you, a mobile travel fee applies in addition to the notarization fee.
Travel Zones:
✦ Vancouver: $15 flat rate
✦ Other Clark County: $20 flat rate
✦ Other Washington: $1 per mile (minimum $25)Other Fees
✦ Priority / same-day fee: $10
✦ Location complexity fee: $25
✦ A complexity fee may apply for appointments requiring additional time, coordination, or special access, including medical facilities, secure locations, or multiple signers
All fees are quoted in advance so there are no surprises.
Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 2 hrs notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment
Cash, credit cards, and most digital payment apps are accepted.
